In our Consultancy Activity section, we extend our expertise to guide and support businesses in the dynamic realm of hospitality. Whether you are planning to launch a new restaurant, revamp an existing one, or strategically transform your hospitality venture, our dedicated consultancy services are tailored to meet your unique needs.
Consulting for restaurant openings is one of main activities and it is realized through the support in all
phases of the project: the business plan, the choice of name and logo, the design of the room, the choice
and arrangement of kitchen equipment, marketing of new restaurant, the calculation of how personal it is
necessary and internal training, planning of the inauguration and often on site coordination in the first
months of opening.
If the new restaurant starts from scratch and the kitchen fails exists, we assist the Owner and the architects
in the design. We likewise support the room management.
Given that new customers will come thanks to the shares of marketing carried out, we support the
anagement ad identify needs and define strategies. The crucial points are the definition of the concept and
